Trader Password vs Investor Password

The trading password and investor password serve different purposes and offer varying levels of access to your trading account.

Trading Password: This password is exclusively for your use, allowing you to log in to your trading platform provided by the forex broker. With the trading password, you have full control over your account, enabling you to execute trades, modify orders, close positions, and manage your trades actively.

Investor Password: In contrast, the investor password provides read-only access to your trading account. It's typically used to share your account's performance or grant access to others, such as fund managers or signal providers, allowing them to view your trading activity without the ability to execute trades or make changes. Often referred to as a "view-only" password, it enables individuals to observe the account's trading history without trading capabilities.

To summarize, while the trading password empowers you to actively trade and manage your account, the investor password offers restricted access solely for viewing purposes. It's crucial to safeguard both passwords and refrain from sharing them with unauthorized individuals to maintain the security and integrity of your trading account.
