Help CenterNIN Paper Slip Verification Process
NINs are acceptable for account verification provided that all necessary data is present in the document, including full name, photo, date of birth, expiry date, and signature. Please ensure that NIN paper slips are uploaded along with your birth certificate. Additionally, please be aware that NINs in PDF format are not supported.
To verify your account using a NIN Paperslip, select "ID card" as the document type. Then, proceed to upload the NIN Paperslip in the front section and the front side of your birth certificate in the back section. See the screenshot below for reference.
